i rocked the silver tires with the silver impala but was the only person i've ever seen with tires that was not black. whats up with that? Am i sitting on a billion dollar idea or am i just trippin?When will colored tires start the new futuristic trend?
Added pigments to the rubber compound will likely weaken the tire and lower the mileage. there are already so many tire sizes a store must have on hand they are not going to have room to stock multiple colors. Doesn't mean there isn't a market for the idea just not a manufacturer or retailer likely to venture into this.When will colored tires start the new futuristic trend?

My vote is with the trippin thing.
Kumho has had clored smoke tires for a couple of years and i do not see that they have really taken off. I feel the same about colored tires. I do not see it happening. But who knows.
