The rims are stock. I just bought the car and it had new tires but they're really cheap and are extremely noisy. I just want some good tires that are as quiet as can be with out being super expensive.What are some good quiet tires for a 99 civic?
The Michelin Primacy tires are great. There pretty smooth and very quiet. Also if you want to search yourself, go to www.tirerack.com, they review and test tires. Good luck.
