Oooooh let's do the math... 8 tires x $100 a piece equals $800 which is a felony.



Jailtime in this case would probably not be a lot (maybe no time at all), but having a felony on your record means you'll be working at McDonalds for the rest of your life.How long would someone go to jail for slashing their neighbors tires?
No jail time at all though they may get a misdemeanor %26amp; will have to pay for the tires. If they don't get reported and tried then they will do this again %26amp; again or worse.
