How much would a 4 inch lift and tires cost, including installation, for a 95 Jeep Wrangler?

I don't off-road a lot, so I don't need top off the line. Just something that's relatively affordable, durable, and drivable. I like the look of 4 inch suspension lifts and probably 35 inch tires.

I'm familiar with skyjacker but they seem pretty expensive.

Also, how is this going to effect the drivability of my 4 banger? How much would a 4 inch lift and tires cost, including installation, for a 95 Jeep Wrangler?
I wouldn't advise anything over 3" and 33" tires with a 4 cylinder engine, not enough power to get moving to achieve normal traffic speeds, and go with aluminum rims if you do get larger tires, helps a tremendous amount. skyjacker is good for off-roading, price is better with a rough country and pro comp lifts, cheap, durable, and usually cut good deals on shipping too. Tires run the gambit on price, but durability is a key, nothing beats a BFGoodrich for on and off road but it'll cost you. Stay away from Mickey Thomson.... on street driving ruins them in a heart beat. Depending where you get it installed (try finding a mom and pop shop or on craigslist for best deals in this economy) but a lift kit will run about 150-300 w/shipping, m/t 33 or 35" start at 600 and go up, and installation man hours depends on the shape of your vehicle, lots of rust and oils/grease will take longer, but standard shops charge around 300-500 bucks... an experience mechanic on craigslist with his own shop might give you the best deal at about 150 bucks for labor.
