What was the cause of my tires squicking?

Replaced my all season tires with my winter tires. No special treatment just used a rang to clean the dirt around disk. Car is 5 years old. Drove car very slowly and wheels started squicking loudly. When around the block 2 times and noise stopped. Didn't happen again. What could of been the cause of the squick?|||it may be that your lugs arent tight or it your wheel bearings
