I have 200 completely white tires that I need to clean. Most of them have lots of black smudges that aren't easily removed. Even with Armor all, it takes alot of manual scrubbing to get these smudges off. I don't won't to make the tires all slick and shiny. I just want to clean all the smudges off. Any suggestions on bulk, affordable, tire cleaners that will work for this job?|||armor all is a poor choice
we used to use comet scouring powder or an sos pad, use it and rinse, if you keep wiping it, it only gets worse
